Er, question.

Does anybody know how to not dream of a certain someone just because you keep thinking about that certain someone(NOT WILLINGLY) and if you think a lot about a certain someone, you tend to end up dreaming about a certain someone, and if that dream about that certain someone is great then when you wake up and find that that it is a just a dream about that certain someone, you will feel depressed.

Oh, I hate it when that happens. After I realised it’s just a dream, I get all sad and try to go back to sleep again.

My mind needs a break.
